Safety & Care

Caring For Your Wax Melts

  1. Store in a cool, dry place: Store wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to prevent melting and spoilage.
  2. Keep the lid or packaging closed: Keeping the lid or packaging of the wax melts closed will help to preserve the fragrance and prevent the wax from becoming brittle or melting.
  3. Use only with approved warmers: Only use approved wax warmers for your wax melts, as some warmers may not be suitable for use with all types of wax.
  4. Replace melted wax promptly: Replace melted wax promptly, especially if it has become contaminated with debris or has become discolored.

Directions For Your Wax Warmer

  1. Read and Follow Instructions: Before using the wax warmer, carefully read the manufacturer's instructions and follow them accordingly. Familiarize yourself with the specific safety precautions and guidelines provided.

  2. Use Appropriate Wax: Only use wax melts or tarts specifically designed for wax warmers. Avoid using other substances, such as oils or liquids, that are not intended for use in wax warmers. Using improper materials can result in damage to the wax warmer or create safety hazards.

  3. Place on Heat-Resistant Surface: Ensure that the wax warmer is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Avoid placing it on surfaces that can easily be damaged or are sensitive to heat, such as wooden furniture or plastic materials.

  4. Do Not Overfill: Follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the appropriate amount of wax to use in the warmer. Overfilling the warmer can lead to spills, wax overflow, and potential damage to the unit. If your wax melt is larger than the recommended amount, we recommend cutting the wax melt to adjust its size.

  5. Regularly Clean the Wax Warmer: To maintain optimal performance and safety, clean the wax warmer regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure that it is unplugged and cooled down before cleaning. Remove any residual wax or debris to prevent buildup or clogging.
